Tomorrow's Leaders at AUC supports scholars at two stages of their education, a four-year undergraduate degree and a two-year graduate degree, with the same commitment to leadership, civic engagement and professional growth.
Tomorrow's Leaders Undergraduate
A fully funded four-year bachelor's degree at AUC for high school graduates with leadership potential from across the Middle East and North Africa. Alongside their major, TLU scholars follow a four-year leadership development and civic-minded curriculum.
- Leadership and civic engagement training
- Mentorship with community professionals and faculty
- Regular community volunteer events and a self-designed civic service project
- A professional internship related to the major
- A semester abroad in the United States for eligible scholars
- Academic advising, tutoring, career advising and a dedicated well-being counselor
Tomorrow's Leaders Graduate
A fully funded two-year master's degree at AUC that equips academically qualified and economically deserving students with the professional qualifications and experience needed to advance knowledge and contribute to socially relevant outcomes through organized graduate study and research.
- Full tuition, health insurance, housing, a monthly stipend, a laptop and a book allowance
- An assigned research project with faculty and support to attend conferences
- Leadership workshops and a professional development portfolio
- Internship placement support
Eligible fields of study and intake dates are announced by the TL Office. Applicants apply through the regional recruitment partner and AUC graduate admissions.
One community
Undergraduate and graduate scholars share meetings, retreats, the Symposium and a mentoring culture.
One curriculum of leadership
Workshops on leadership, civic engagement and professional skills run across both programs.
One network after graduation
Alumni of both programs join the regional alumni community and return as mentors.
